These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.printyourcopy.com (the “Service”).

PrintYourCopy is operated by an individual (sole operator). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PrintYourCopy is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to generate, store, and manage business documents such as invoices, payslips, and related records.

The Service may be updated over time, including changes to features, layouts, and availability.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are able to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

• Some features may require payment. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout or on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). I do not store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date, if auto-renew is enabled for your plan.
• You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal to avoid charges.
• If a payment fails, access to paid features may be paused until payment is resolved.

5. User Content and Data

“User Content” means the data and documents you input, upload, generate, or store using the Service (for example, company details, employee records, invoices, payslips, and other business documents).

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant me permission to host, process, and display your User Content only as needed to operate and provide the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the User Content you store or generate using the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• for unlawful purposes or to create fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading documents;
• to upload malware, attempt to break security, or interfere with the Service;
• to scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service;
• to access or attempt to access another user’s data.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers (for example payment processing, analytics, hosting, and infrastructure). Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies.

8. Service Availability and Changes

I aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9. Suspension and Termination

I may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or use it in a way that creates security or legal risk.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have a subscription, you should cancel it to stop future billing.

10. Data Deletion and Account Closure

You may request deletion of your account and User Content by contacting me. I will handle deletion requests in line with the Privacy Policy and any legal obligations (for example, records required for tax or accounting).

• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you input and the resulting documents. You must verify all tax calculations, totals, and legal requirements with a professional.
• No Guarantee: I do not warrant that the documents generated will meet specific legal or regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service (such as loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, for fraud or intentional misconduct).

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and used. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal data, the Privacy Policy applies.

14. Changes to These Terms
